Your Servers, Dektops, Laptops and Phones are critical to your business, and at SourceTech we believe that a preventitive solution is always better than a reactive solution. To put it simply, we prefer to fix an issue before it turns into a major issue. We offer 3 levels of support depending on how much you are willing to spend:
We will monitor your servers and desktops for any issues and try to sort them remotely before you even notice there was an issue. If you suffer from hardware issues, Sourcetech will fix your hardware issue up to a maximum of 2 hours on-site time. If any more time is required this will be billed out at £50 per hour. (Spare parts will not be included in this price). Sourcetech will also monitor and report back on any backup failures. For workstations, we also include anti-virus and anti-malware protection in the monthly price to ensure your data remains secure.
We will monitor your servers and desktops for any issues and try to sort them remotely before you notice there was an issue. If you suffer from any hardware issues, Sourcetech will send out technicians to fix the hardware on-site. However this service is chargable at £60 per hour. Sourcetech will also monitor and report on any backup failures. Anti-virus and Anti-malware will not be inclded in this package.
This is a 10 hour reactive support contract - you call us when you need us. You benefit by buying 10 hours of support, usable at any time. No monitoring is included in this package. Support types include telephone, remote and on-site support.
