Your Servers, Dektops, Laptops and Phones are critical to your business, and at SourceTech we believe in a preventitive solution is always better than a reactive solution. To put it simply, we prefer to fix an issue BEFORE it turns into a major issue. To do this we offer 3 levels of support:

 

1. Gold

2. Silver

3. Bronze

 

1. Gold

For a small monthly charge of £40 per server, £5 per workstation, we will monitor your servers and desktops for any issues, and try and sort them remotely, before you even notice there was an issue. Where a system fails to report an issue, or you suffer from a hardware, rather than a software failure Sourcetech will fix your hardware issue up to a maximum of 2 hours on-site time. If any more time is required this will be billed out at £50 per hour. (Parts not included in price). Sourcetech will also monitor and report back on any backup failures. For workstations we also include anti-virus and anti-malware protection in the monthly price.

2. Silver

For a small monthly charge of £20 per server, £3 per workstation, we will monitor your servers and desktops for any issues, and try and sort them remotely, before you even notice there was an issue. Where a system fails to report an issue, or you suffer from a hardware, rather than a software failure Sourcetech will come out and fix your hardware, but labour is chargeable at £60 per hour. (Parts not included in price). Sourcetech will also monitor and report back on any backup failures. No anti-virus or anti-malware is included in this scheme.

.3. Bronze

This is a 10-Hour support contract that is reactive - you call us in when you need us. You benefit from buying a bank of 10 hours at a reduced price of £500. (£50 per Hour). No monitoring is included in this price. Time for support can be called of for telephone, remote or on-site support.
