The new Techconnect2 range incorporates a host of improvements including a new architectural front surround and clip-in modules making the new range quicker to install and more attractive for corporate and home-cinema applications.
Without deepening the 45mm backbox we've added 8mm more space behind the modules to make it easier to fit cables. The new range features improved quality phoenix connectors so that the screws don't strip if over-tightened. The re-designed front surround now fits any commonly available dado backbox, and the backboxes have been overhauled so that the push-out sections for the trunking are easier to remove, and the double-gang backbox can now house the Techconnect Amplifier power supply to hide it away. There is also a new dry-wall mud-ring which allows you to flush-mount the Techconnect into hollow walls.
